Business Update: August 10th, 2020

Following the announcement of Stage 4 Restrictions announced on 2nd of August, we wanted to reassure all our current (and future) clients that we remain open for business.

We are lucky enough to have access to a number of fantastic technology and software solutions that enable us to conduct all of our work remotely and securely.

This ensures that we are adhering to social distancing and travel limitations, BUT are still able to provide the same level of quality service we are known for.

Understandably for businesses (and the wider community) there are instances when you may be unsure exactly how the restrictions apply to how you operate and what you need to get done, visit the DHHS website for a detailed breakdown of any FAQ’s that may apply to your circumstance.

Under the stage 4 restrictions for Metropolitan Melbourne there are 4 reasons to leave your home:

Shopping for food or other essential items

Exercise (outdoors only and with a maximum of 1 other person)

Work/Study – if you can’t do it from home.

Care giving for compassionate reasons or to seek medical treatment.

If you or your staff are unable to work from home, please ensure you have work permit’s in case you are stopped (You can travel to work once to collect a work permit when you arrive)

You can find more information and a permit template here.

A curfew applies between 8pm and 5am (unless you are commuting to/from work, seeking medical care and care giving)

If your business has been considering partnering with a recruitment agency to fulfil your outsourced HR or staffing needs, get in touch to find out how we help, today!

We hope that everyone is staying safe and well.
